LIMITED EDITION! Salt City Tater Topper

$7.99

If you grew up in Central New York, you already know the smell.

Someone's uncle is burning burgers. A folding table is collapsing under pasta salad. Kids are running through sprinklers. Corn is wrapped in foil. And somewhere, buried under a towel to keep them warm, is a giant pot of salt potatoes.

That's summer around here.

Salt City Tater Topper is our love letter to every backyard cookout, graduation party, church picnic, family reunion, and random Tuesday when somebody decided it was too nice to eat indoors. Inspired by Syracuse's legendary salt potatoes, we built a buttery blend of garlic, onion, dill, chive, and bright lemon that captures everything we love about Central New York summers.

So... what does it taste like?

Traditional salt potatoes are butter and salt. Which is kind of like saying the Mona Lisa is "just paint."

They're already perfect.

We simply asked, "What if we made them a little extra?"

So we added buttery richness, garlic, onion, dill, chives, and a bright lemon finish.

What do you put it on?

Salt potatoes, obviously. But don't stop there. French fries, roasted potatoes, hash browns, home fries, tater tots, and baked potatoes all become instant upgrades.

Once you’ve mastered potatoes, try branching out.

Corn on the cob.
Grilled chicken.
Burgers.
Steaks.
Asparagus.
Green beans.
Pasta salad.
Fresh summer vegetables.
Even popcorn.

Final Thoughts

It's summer vacations that never felt long enough. It's paper plates bending under too much food. It's lawn chairs, citronella candles and somebody insisting they "only made a few burgers" after cooking enough to feed forty people.

It's Central New York... with a little extra butter.
