Let’s Clear Something Up…
Spice blends are sold by weight, which makes grocery store jars look like a better deal, but that’s the dirty little trick in the spice world. Most grocery blends are 70 to 80% salt and maybe 20 to 30% actual spices. Heavy, cheap, bland.
Ours? About half salt, half spice, a near even ratio.
Spices weigh less than salt, but they hit harder on your plate. These jars are packed with garlic, onion, paprika, coriander, and all the other good stuff that actually brings flavor.
And if you’re a salt lover, add more yourself and stretch the blend even further. Bottom line: you’re not buying filler, you’re buying flavor.
